Shipment Certificates

The Shipment Certificates is only applicable for product that have Economic Operator Role is " Importer "

Shipment Certification Creation Steps:

  • Create New Product and Select the Economic Operator as Importer Add New Products.

  • Create New Shipment Certification.

  • Get Approval from your Notified Body.

  • Activate Your Certificate Activate Certificates.

  • Get Approval From GSO Officer to Publish your Certificate.

You can Access the Shipments Listing Page from GCTS Menu as shown below:

Click on " Add New Shipment " button at the bottom of the page to Create new shipment with your products.

You have to select your Economic Operator from the List and click on " Add New Product " to add your products in the Shipment.

If user is Notified body Representative that Manage the Selected Economic Operator the user have to specify the Notified body from the list as shown below

After adding your products Click on " Update Shipments Details " to move to Shipments Details page and Create New Certification.

Now you can click on " Add New Certificate " to move to Certificate creation Form.

The Technical Regulation in Shipment Will be Toys only

After filling your data click on " Save Details " You will redirect to Conformity Certificate Details Page

Now your Certificate will be in " In Progress " Status Until:

  1. Get Approval By Your Notified Body.

  2. Activate your Certificate Activate Certificates.

  3. Get GSO Approval.

After Paid and getting Approval your Certificate status will change to " Published " Status as shown Below:
