To Update your old published certificate to eCertificate please follow the following Steps:
Go to your Certificate Details Page that you want to Update to eCertificate and you will find a button to Update as eCertificate as shown below
You will Redirect to eCertificate Form as shown below

All your Original Product Details will be filled automatically |
You will see a Validation error Message related to missing fields in eCertificate and those fields was not there in old Certificate like:
- Some Product Technical Details need to be provided.
-Mandatory Documents to be Uploaded
After Providing all Missing Data click on “Update Certificate Details” as shown below

You will redirect to Certificate Details Page and you will see a new eCertificate Version is Created as shown below
...
After getting approval from NB & GSO your new eCertificate will be Published and replace the old one.
