Any user with the privileges privilege to manage participant information (read TC Chair and GSO Metrology Committee Rep) can add participant information.

From ILC Details Page the user with the privileges to manage participant information will see a button for Adding Participant as shown below

By clicking on “Add Participant” button the Participating Form will display as shown below

The following data will be Available for this user:
Select Participant Type (Pilot - Co-Pilot - Participant).
KCrV check if the Comparison Type is Key Comparison.
Time of Measurement.
Measurement Duration.
The actual From/To Dates (Not Preferred Dates).
Select Institute Name (This list will have all institutes related to the Committee Comparison).
Select Representative (This list will have all user related to selected institute).
After filling all Mandatory Information for Participant click on “Add Participant” Button to save your form and adding the Participant as shown below

Edit Participant Information
Any user with the privilege to manage participant information can Edit the Information for existing Participants from Schedule & Participants tab and click on Edit Icon as shown below

By clicking on Edit Icon the Edit form will be displayed as shown below

After Updating the Participant information Click on “Update Participant” Button to Save the New changes as shown below

You will see a success message to inform you that ILC Participant Updated Successfully as shown below
