Important Notes: When the EO name is changed, it is not automatically changed in the certificates. If the Company registration remains the same, the right approach is to edit the EO, not creating a new one. In any case, the system will maintain the history of the changes in the audit and discussion section. When making changes to the EOs, it is mandatory to add the reasons for the change. |
From Gulf Economic Operator Directory Listing Page Select the Economic Operator that you need to Edit his Details as shown below

From the Economic Operator Details Page click on “ Edit Economic Operator “ as shown below

User Can Edit the Following Details:
Primary Details “If there is no linked Products with this EO” but if there is Products Managed by this EO so the Primary Details (Name-Country) Cannot be Changed and will be grayed out as shown below

Commercial Record Details ( CR Number & CR Expiry Date ).
Contact Details.
After Updating the Details you have to Enter the “Reason of Change“ and then click “ Save “ to Update the Economic Operator with Updated Details.

If Economic Operator has linked Published Certificate, Economic Operator Representative Can’t Edit (Name - Country) as shown below |
In This case you have to Contact Notified Body Associated with Economic Operator Profile as they can Edit the Name and Country for EO Profile.
