TC Chair can Edit the ILC Details in Schedule Stage by Clicking on “Edit ILC Details” as shown below

In Schedule Details Section user will be able to do the following:
Select Participant ( List with all Metrology Institute that created in Met Institute Page ).
Select Participant Type ( Pilot lab - Co-Pilot lab - Participant ).
Select KCV (Key Comparison Value) Optional.
Select Dates.
Select Contact Person ( List of users that added for Selected Participant ).
Click “ Add Participant “ to Save you Entry and adding the Participant into Participant Section as shown below

Send Invitations to Participant to Participate the ILC
By Clicking on “Send Invitations” button the system well send an Invitations to all Participant in the Selected Committee and TC Chair will see Success message after Sending Invitations as shown below

By providing From Date the System will auto Select the To Date based on Measurement Duration and TC Chair/Pilot Lab can adjust this date within same period for Time of Measurement and Measurement Duration. |
After Participants Participate the ILC the TC Chair will Generate the Schedule Report by Clicking on “Generate Schedule Report“ button from the bottom of ILC Details Page “Generate Schedule Report” Button as shown below

By Clicking on Generate button the PDF file will created and will be available in Documents Section in ILC Documents Tab “Generate Schedule Report” Button TC Chair will see a Success Message and the ILC Status will be from In Progress to Waiting For Approvalas shown below

Send Document For Review and Voting
Send For Review
After TC Chair Generating the Schedule Report Document he will send this Document for Review to notify participants to review the schedule.
To Send the Document for Review follow the following Steps:
From Action Menu beside the Document Name in ILC Documents Section Click for Send for Review

The Form will be Display to Enter the Review Title and Deadline date and Your Notes about the Review

By clicking on “ Send “ button the Review will be Created Successfully and it will be available at “ Reviews and Voting Tab “ as shown below

To Apply your Review please follow the Steps below:
From “ Reviews & Voting “ Tab click on Expand icon in Document Record to be able to add you review and view how many Pending Participant not Reviewed.

The Participant Can do the Following after adding there Reviews:
Edit Review.
Remove Review.
Delete Attachment.

After the Participant adding there review the TC Chair will Send the Review For Voting.
Send For Voting
The TC Chair will Send the Document For Voting to notify participants to Voting on the schedule.

By Casting your Vote it will be saved and will be available at Voting List as shown below

The Participant Can do the Following after adding there Votes:

The Generated Document will display in Active Document Section in ILC Details as shown below

The TC Chair will be Able to do the Following Actions for Active Documents:
Remove the Document by clicking on three dots and Select Remove as shown below
Remove Option will be Available for Documents with Draft Status only.
Archive Schedule:
TC Chair can Archive any Activate Document in any Status if not Approved and after Approving the Document Cannot be Archived anymore.Send For Review:
