The Shipment Certificates is only applicable for product that have Economic Operator Role is " Importer ".
To Create New Product Certification for " Importer " you should first create a new Shipment.
To Create a Shipment for your product go to the Shipments page from the top menu, you will see the list of Shipments you are allowed to view.
Click on " Add New Shipments " to Create new shipment with your products.
You have to select your Economic Operator from the List and click on " Add New Product " to add your products in the Shipment.
After adding your products Click on " Update Shipments Details " to move to Shipments Details page and Create New Certification.
Now you can click on " Add New Certificate " to move to Certificate creation Form.
* The Technical Regulation in Shipment Will be Toys only.
After filling your data click on " Save Details " to Create the Certification.
You can see that the Certificate GCTS is generated.
Now your New Certificate Version is waiting the approval from NB.
After NB Approved now you able to Activate your Certificate From Certificates Page.
After Activating your Certification the invoice will be issued by one year validation.
Now you can check your invoice it will be 1 year , no Renew and the cost is 500 SAR Per Product.
You have to select your payment method and click on " Submit for GSO Approval ".
After GSO Approve the Invoice Payment you have to wait till GSO approve on your certificate to be published.
After GSO Approval now Your certification will be published.
