Planning

After TC Chair created the ILC the status for the ILC will be in Planning Stage as shown below

In Planning stage the TC Chair will be able to do the Following:

1- Adding Scheduled and Participant

The Participant can Manage only in Planning Stage by TC Chair.

From ILC Details Click on “ Schedule & Participant “ to open the Adding form as shown below

In Schedule Details Section user will be able to do the following:

  • Select Participant ( List with all Metrology Institute that created in Met Institute Page ).

  • Select Participant Type ( Pilot lab - Co-Pilot lab - Participant ).

  • Select KCV (Key Comparison Value) Optional.

  • Select Dates.

  • Select Contact Person ( List of users that added for Selected Participant ).

  • Click “ Add Participant “ to Save you Entry and adding the Participant into Participant Section as shown below

one of Selected Participant should be the Pilot Lab.

2- Upload Schedule Document

In Planning Stage the TC Chair will Generate the Schedule Report by Clicking on “Generate Schedule Report“ button from the bottom of ILC Details Page as shown below

By Clicking on Generate button the PDF file will created and will be available in Documents Section in ILC Documents Tab as shown below

Each Document Type has the following life cycle:

  • Draft

  • Review

  • Voting

  • Accepted

  • Archived

If the current version of this type is not Archived the system will refuse to upload same type again.

3- Send Document to Review and Voting

  • No labels
