VIN is Now Available for Motor Vehicles and Motorcycles.

You can access the VIN listing page form Your dashboard by Clicking in VIN in navigation bar shown as below:

In VIN Listing Page you can do the Following:

Add New VIN – There is Three ways to add your VIN (Online Form, Excel, XML).
Activate - To Activate the New Added VIN’s.
VIN Jobs:
- VIN Upload Jobs.
- VIN Export Jobs.
Export To Excel - Export to excel function is available only if the number of results in the current search are <= 1000.
Delete:
- Mark for Delete - Send Delete Request for GSO Officer to Delete the VIN.
- Undo Mark for Delete - Cancel the Delete Request that sent to the GSO Officer.
- Delete Permanently - To Delete the Uploaded VIN’s that not Confirmed by GSO.

Add New VIN:

From VIN listing Page please click on " Add New VIN "

You will redirect to the Adding form shown as below:

In this form you will be able to:

Select the Mode of Adding VIN – (Form, Excel, XML).
Select the CCR Number.
Enter the VIN.
Select Target Country.

Adding VIN Using Form:

You will get this data from the online CCR form that you are created before.

Click Save after filling all Mandatory data, you will get a success message

Now you will See that your VIN is added in VIN listing page as below:

After Uploading the VIN The VIN status will be Unconfirmed.

The Manufacturer can do the following actions after Adding the VIN:

Review the VIN and Delete if Required, Manufacturer can Permanent Delete the VIN if the Status is “Unconfirmed”.
Activate the Uploaded VIN by Selecting the VIN form list and Click on “Activate” button as shown below

The Activated VIN’s cannot be Delete by the Manufacturer, The Manufacturer will be able to Request a Delete for the Confirmed VIN, GSO will review the request and approve or reject it.

The Confirmed VINs are visible to Officers in GCC Countries.

Adding VIN Using XML/Excel:

When Select the Adding mode is XML/Excel the form will be as below:

If you don't have as Excel/XML files you can download the template from the Adding form by clicking on " Download Sample Excel sheet " OR " Download sample XML " in case, you select adding by XML.

Target Country in XML and Excel should fill as shot name as following:

SA = Saudi Arabia.
BH = Bahrain.
KW = Kuwait.
OM = Oman.
AE = United Arab Emirates.
QA = Qatar.
YE = Yemen.

After Updating your downloaded files by adding (CCR, VIN, Target Country), You can upload the file in the system by clicking on " Choose File " button and then click on Upload.

You will be able to see your VIN in VIN listing page as Mentioned before and will be able to Confirm the uploaded VIN’s.
