Protocol Stage

In Protocol Stage the Pilot Lab will do the Following Actions:
1- Uploading Protocol Document
In this Stage the Pilot Lab will Start Working on the Protocol Document and Upload it Once it’s Ready from ILC Details Tab as Shown Below
After Uploading the Document will be shown in Active Documents Section as shown below
Pilot Lab can Remove the Protocol Document in Draft Status only.
2- Enter the Artifact (Transfer Standard) Details
Pilot Lab will Enter the Artifact Details from “Artifact Details & Tracking” Tab as shown below
After Pilot Lab fill the Artifact Details click on “Save Artifact Details” to save the form and user will see a success message as shown below
Now the TC Chair will Send the Protocol Document to Review/Vote and Approving the Document

After TC Chair Approving the Document the ILC Stage will change to Measurement Stage as shown below
