Planning Stage Content:

After TC Chair created the ILC the status for the ILC will be in Planning Stage as shown below

In Planning stage the TC Chair will be able to do the Following:

1- Adding Scheduled and Participant

The Participant can Manage only in Planning Stage by TC Chair.

From ILC Details Click on “ Schedule & Participant “ to open the Adding form as shown below

In Schedule Details Section user will be able to do the following:

  • Select Participant ( List with all Metrology Institute that created in Met Institute Page ).

  • Select Participant Type ( Pilot lab - Co-Pilot lab - Participant ).

  • Select KCV (Key Comparison Value) Optional.

  • Select Dates.

  • Select Contact Person ( List of users that added for Selected Participant ).

  • Click “ Add Participant “ to Save you Entry and adding the Participant into Participant Section as shown below

one of Selected Participant should be the Pilot Lab.

2- Upload Schedule Report Document

In Planning Stage the TC Chair will Generate the Schedule Report by Clicking on “Generate Schedule Report“ button from the bottom of ILC Details Page as shown below

By Clicking on Generate button the PDF file will created and will be available in Documents Section in ILC Documents Tab as shown below

Each Document Type has the following life cycle:

  • Draft

  • Review

  • Voting

  • Accepted

  • Archived

If the current version of this type is not Archived the system will refuse to upload same type again.

3- Send Document For Review and Voting

  • Send For Review

After TC Chair Generating the Schedule Report Document he will send this Document for Review to notify participants to review the schedule.

To Send the Document for Review follow the following Steps:

  • From Action Menu beside the Document Name in ILC Documents Section Click for Send for Review

  • The Form will be Display to Enter the Review Title and Deadline date and Your Notes about the Review

By clicking on “ Send “ button the Review will be Created Successfully and it will be available at “ Reviews and Voting Tab “ as shown below

To Apply your Review please follow the Steps below:

  • From “ Reviews & Voting “ Tab click on Expand icon in Document Record to be able to add you review and view how many Pending Participant not Reviewed.

  • Click on Add Your Review Button to open the Review Form as shown below

By Click on “ Add Review “ button Review will be saved and will be available at Review List as shown below

The Participant Can do the Following after adding there Reviews:

  • Edit Review.

  • Remove Review.

  • Delete Attachment.

Participant Cannot Add/Edit Review if the Deadline Reached or Review is Accepted by TC Chair.

After the Participant adding there review the TC Chair will Send the Review For Voting.

  • Send For Voting

The TC Chair will Send the Document For Voting to notify participants to Voting on the schedule.

  • From Action Menu beside the Document Name in ILC Documents Section Click for Send for Vote

  • The Form will be Display to Enter the Vote Title and Deadline date and Your Notes about the Voting

By clicking on “ Send “ button the Vote will be Created Successfully and it will be available at “ Reviews and Voting Tab “ as shown below

To Add your Vote please follow the Steps below:

  • From “ Reviews & Voting “ Tab Select “ Voting” and click on Expand icon in Document Record to be able to add you Vote and view the voting result for all Participant.

  • Click on Cast Your Vote Button to Submit you Vote as shown below

By Casting your Vote it will be saved and will be available at Voting List as shown below

The Participant Can do the Following after adding there Votes:

  • Edit Voting.

  • Remove Voting.

Participant Cannot Add/Edit Voting if the Deadline Reached or Voting is Accepted by TC Chair.

After All Participant Casting their Vote the TC Chair will Accept the Voting From ILC Documents Tab as shown below

The TC Chair will Approve the Schedule by Clicking on “ Approve Schedule “ to Notify the Pilot Lab and Change the ILC Status to Next Stage “ Protocol Planning “

Now the ILC Status will change into “ Protocol Planning “ as shown below
