You can Access the Conformity Certificates Listing page from Management Pages GCTS Menu as shown below:

Select your Certificate by check mark the checkbox beside the Certificate GCTS and then click on " Activate Certificates "

By clicking on Activate Certificates you will ask to Select Duration for the Activation
