Activate Certificates

You can Access the Conformity Certificates Listing page from GCTS Menu as shown below:

Select your Certificate by check mark the checkbox beside the Certificate GCTS and then click on " Activate Certificates "

This is applicable only for Toys certificate because LVD certificate are paid for the complete duration of the certificate.

Either the button “Activate Certificates” or “Extend Activation” will be enabled depending on the certificate selected.

If the certificate has never been paid even for 3 year, then “Activate Certificates” will be enabled and you can click on that to create the invoice.

If the certificate has already been paid for few years and you want to extend the payment for few more years then the button “Extend Activation” will be enabled and you can click on that to create the invoice.

By clicking on Activate Certificates you will ask to Select Duration for the Activation

This Duration will Display while activating Toys Certificates only, and for LVD Certificate will Create the Invoice Directly with duration 3 years.

For Toys : Duration will be at least 3 Years up to 5 Years.

For LVD : Duration will be 3 Years.

After Selecting Your Duration The invoice Details page will open to proceed with your payment.

You have to Select invoice Payment " Online Payment " or " Direct Transfer "

After your Payment is Done the invoice Status will change to “ Paid “

After Getting Approved From GSO Officer the Certificate Status will change into “ Published “
