New Certificate

The Type Approval Certificates is only applicable for products that have Economic Operator Role is " Manufacture ".
To Create a Certificate for your product go to the products listing page from the GCTS menu as shown below
Select your Product by clicking on Product Tracking Number to open the Product details page as shown below:
After opening the Product details scroll down till Certificates Section.
The Certificates section will be display only for products where the Economic operator role is Manufacturing only.
Only the Notified Body Representative Users Can See this button and Create New Certificates.
Click on " Add New Certificate " to create new Certification.
you will move to New Certificate creation form to fill the certification data as shown below
In the above form you will have the following:
Certificate GCTS:
Certificate Number.
First Issue date for the Certificate.
Certificate Type - This will be always “Type Approval”.
Technical Regulation (LVD - Toys).
Category Selection - User can also provide a custom category if not listed in Categories List and there is a warning will be shown as shown below
Scope Selection - User can also provide a custom Scope if not listed in Scopes List and there is a warning will be shown as shown below
Target Countries.
Selected Harmonized Standards
In this section you will see the standards that you will select from Related & Other Harmonized Standard sections as shown belowRelated Harmonized Standard Section
In this section you will see all Harmonized Standard Related to the Selected Scope and you see the following information about each standard:Standard Requirement (SAFTY - EMC).
Publish Date.
Valid Until.
Edition.
Other Harmonized Standards Section - This section will be closed by default and can collapse it by click on the arrow icon as shown below
In this section you will see all Harmonized Standard That not Related to the Selected Scope and you see the following information about each standard:
Standard Requirement (SAFTY - EMC).
Publish Date.
Valid Until.
Edition.
After Filling all Certificate Information click on “Save Details” Button as shown below to Save your certificate
After Saving your Certificate you will Redirect to Certificate Details Page
