Importers & Distributors Registration

You can access the Importer & Distributor Listing page from Management Pages list in Dashboard or from the following URL: https://www.gso.org.sa/gcts/product-eo as shown below:

By Clicking on “ Importer & Distributor you will redirect to the Importer & Distributor listing page shown as below:

The registration records will be view-able only by owner and target economic operators users

New Importer and Distributor Registration

To Register as Importer/Distributor Please click on “ + New Importer/Distributor Registration “ button at the end of the page as shown below:

By clicking on the “ + New Importer/Distributor Registration “ button you will redirect to the Registration Form shown as below:

You have to Select the Product GCTS number from this list.

After Selecting you Product the complete form will display as shown below:

  1. Select Your Product that you need to Register as Importer/Distributor from the list by Entering the GCTS Number.

  2. The Registration Owner:

  • Importer: The entity that deals directly with the registered manufacturer.

  • Distributor: The entity that deals with the registered importer.

3. The Registration Target: in this list you will see all the Economic Operator that You Represent.

 

After Complete Your Form Please click on “ Submit Registration Details “ Button as shown below:

After Submitting you Request you will re direct to Importer/Distributor Registration Details page as shown below:

  • The registration status will be in-active initially.

  • The registration can be activated by the owner only.

  • The registration will be DE-activated on any change to the target economic operator.

After Activating you Request by the Product Owner the Status will change to Active and the action will added to Audit Log as shown below:
