Email Reminders will be sent to EO Authorized Users and NB Authorized Users for certificates and/or standards expiring in 3/6/9 months.

Suspension Reminder

• A reminder email is sent 9, 6, and 3 months before the certificate's expiration date.

• A reminder email is sent 9, 6, and 3 months prior to the expiry date of the selected standard.

• An email is dispatched when the certificate is Suspended.

Termination Reminder

• A reminder email is sent after 6, 3 months of the certificate's expiration date.

• An email is dispatched when the certificate is Terminated.
