Renew Certificate - e-Certificates

** There is No Renewal for Shipment Certificates.

** There is Two Types of Renewal:

1. Early Renewal
   Early renewal shall only be available:
   6 months before the expiry date of the certificate
   
   

2. Late Renewal

In both cases early renewal or late renewal, new activation period starts from the end of the previous activation period.

For example:

Certificate A

First Issue Date: 1-1-2016

Expiry Date: 1-1-2019  (Three years from first issue date always)

Certificate A Activation will be:

Valid from: 1-1-2016 (Same as first issue date always)

Valid Until: 31-12-2018 (Three years minus 1 day)

Certificate B early renewal of certificate A

First Issue Date: 15-12-2018

Expiry Date: 1-1-2022 (Three years from certificate A expiry date always)

Certificate B Activation will be:

Valid from: 1-1-2019 (certificate A expiry date always)

Valid Until: 31-12-2021 (Three years minus 1 day)

Certificate C late renewal of certificate A

First Issue Date: 15-1-2019

Expiry Date: 1-1-2022 (Three years from certificate A expiry date always)

Certificate C Activation will be:

Valid from: 1-1-2019 (certificate A expiry date always)

Valid Until: 31-12-2021 (Three years minus 1 day)

Renew Your Certificate

To Renew your Type approval Certificates please select your Certification from Conformity Certificate Listing Page as shown below:

From Conformity Certificate Details Page click on " Renew " Button as shown below

You will Redirect to Renew Certificate Form as shown below:

check your certificate information and if anything needs to get updated in the Certificate and click on the " Renew Certificate " Button at the bottom of the page as shown below

**Renew for LVD = 3 Years

** Renew for Toys = 5 Years

You will redirect to Certificate Details Page and user will see an Alert Message to inform you this is a Renewal Certificate for the Original one and you will able to click on Certificate number to see the Original Certificate.

The Certificate Status will be " In Progress "

The New Certificate Version will Created as shown below:

You will the New Expiry Date.

The Version Status will be Waiting for NB Approval , Waiting for GSO Approval

To get Certificate Published you have to follow this Steps:

1. Get Approved By Notified Body.

2. Activate Your Certificate Activate Certificates.

3. Get Approval from GSO Officer.

By Completing your payment and getting approvals from Notified body and GSO Officer your Certificate Status will change to Published as shown below:
