After creating your new Certificate and downloading your Certificate PDF File it will show as below

• All Dates and Certificate Number will be hidden.

• Watermark show on the page (DRAFT).

• Note show in footer in all pages “This draft is only generated to validate the product data and is not a valid certificate. It shall NOT be used to release any shipment”

DRAFT / GSO APPROVAL

After Certificate is Approved by Notified Body and downloading the certificate it will show as below

Open

• Certificate number will be shown and dates will still hidden.

• Watermark show on the page (DRAFT / GSO APPROVAL) which means this certificate is waiting for GSO Approval.

• Note show in footer in all pages “This draft is only generated for GSO review and approval. It shall NOT be shared with the customer and NOT be used to release any shipment.”

FINAL

After Certificate is Approved by GSO and downloading the certificate it will show as below

• Certificate Number and all Dates will be Visible.

• No Watermark.

• Note show in footer in all pages “This electronically generated certificate is valid without stamp and signature. Scan the QR code to verify this document”

The last page of the Certificate will have the Disclaimer as shown below
