Certificate Details Tab & Certificate GCTS

In this tab you will see following:

  • Certificate GCTS Generated Number.

  • Technical Regulation Type.

  • Certificate Type.

  • Certificate Status will be " In progress " by default in new Certificate Created.

  • Certificate GCTS Number and QR Code.

Product Details Tab & Product GCTS

In this tab you will see:

  • Product GCTS Number ( when click on the GCTS number you will redirect to Product Details Page ) and a link to view all related certificates.

  • Product Name. ( when click on the Product Name you will redirect to Product Details Page )

  • Product Brand name and a link to view all related certificates for same brand.

  • Generated Product GCTS QR Code.

Notified Body Tab

In this tab you will see:

  • Notified Body Number and Name with link Redirecting to Notified body Public Details Page.

  • Notified Body Status.

  • Technical Regulation Type.

  • Notification Expiry.

  • Registration Expiry.

  • Insurance Expiry.

Economic Operator Tab

In this tab you will see:

  • Economic Operator Number.

  • Economic Operator Name and by clicking on EO name user will Move to EO Details Page.

  • EO Role.

  • EO Country.

  • EO Location ID.

  • EO City.

  • EO Commercial Record Number.

  • EO Commercial Record Expiry.

Factories Tab

In this tab you will see:

  • EO Number.

  • EO Name and a link for EO Details Page.

  • Country.

  • Location ID.

  • City.

  • Commercial Record Number.

  • Commercial Record Expiry.

Checklist Tab

In this tab you will see a list of alerts and count badge to show how many alerts there.

Certificate Version Details Section

In this section you will see your Certificate Details and the Status will be "Waiting for NB Approval"

  1. Get Approval By Notified Body.

  2. Activate your Certificate Activate Certificates.

  3. Get GSO Approval.

 

Also the following actions can be done in this section

  1. View Selected Standards: This button to show the Selected Harmonized Standards Related to this Certificate Version.

     

  2. Edit Certificate: This button to Update/Edit certificate information (After Updating the Certification information the NB & GSO Approval is Required).

  3. View Certificate: You will redirect to Certificate Version Details Page as shown below

     

At the end of Version Details Page you can Edit Version or Generate Certificate PDF

  1. Download Certificate: When click on this button the Certificate PDF File will Start download.

  2. Generate e-Certificate PDF: To re-generate the e-Certificate to check the re-sized images.

Certificate Versions

In This section you will see all your Certificate Versions History and the dates for first issue and Expiry.

 

Certificate Activations Section

In This Section you will see all your Activated Certificates and their Validation Dates and Invoices Numbers.

Audit Details and Discussion

  • In Audit Details Section you will see the audit information.

  • In Discussion Section you can add new Comments and Replay on the Commented records.
