To access the GCTS system you need to have an account in GSO Directory.

If you don’t have you can, kindly check the guide to Sign Up for an account in GSO Directory

Importers and distributors should be registered as Economic Operators

If you were already registered by the manufacturer contact him to grant you access to your profile.

Distributors can’t be registered by themselves, you need to register them as an economic operator. If the distributor has a GSO account you can grant him access to his profile by adding his account in the EO users list.

Importer Registration

You can register as an importer for any certified products, but your registration should be activated by the manufacturer. For detailed instructions, check Importers & Distributors Registration

Distributor Registration

The importer needs to register the distributor as an economic operator first, then register him as a distributor for one of his imported products, and activate the registration.

On any update to the distributor economic operator profile the registration should be activated again. For detailed instructions, check Importers & Distributors Registration
