You can assess the Gulf Economic Operator Directory from the top menu in your dashboard as shown below:

In this Page the logged in user can see all the economic operators registered.

If the user is Economic Operator representative or representative of the Notified Body assigned to Economic Operator, then they can view additional information regarding Economic Operator Role.

User can Filter the search result by:

Filter by search using:

Economic Operator Name.
Economic Operator Number.
Commercial Record Number.

Filter by Records:

Archived Economic Operators.
Not Archived Economic Operators.
My Records : This filter will list on Economic Operators records for which the user is either an Economic Operators representative or a Notified Body representative of the Notified Body managing Economic Operators profile.
My Archived Records.

Filter By Economic Operator Role (This Filter get enabled if the user is viewing his records).

Filter By Economic Operator Country (This Filter get enabled if the user is viewing his records).

2. In This page you can see the Following:

Economic Operator Number.
Economic Operator Name.
Economic Operator Commercial Record.
Economic Operator Country.
Economic Operator Rank: Show the number of times the record is used as Manufacturer, Factory and Importer (Importer here means as a main economic operator for a product) and "Links" is total rank number as show below:

Showing Star if the record is accessible for the user. (accessible means user is an Economic Operator representative or Notified Body representative of Notified Body managing Economic Operator profile) as shown below:

Indicating whether the Economic Operator profile is archived or not as shown below:

Create an Economic Operator Profile

From Gulf Economic Operators Directory Listing Page Click on "Add New Economic Operator" at the bottom of the page as shown below

The Add New Economic Operator form will display as shown below:

Commercial Record Number should be Unique.
Economic Operator Name Should be Unique.

After Filling the Mandatory Data Please click SAVE

The User will Redirect to Gulf Economic Operators Directory Listing page and the New Economic Record will Listed.

Economic Operator Details Page

For Accessible Records

User can access the Economic Operator Details Page by clicking on the Economic Operator name as shown below:

By Clicking on Economic Operator Name user will redirect to Economic Operator Details Page as shown below:

Economic Operator Primary Details ( EO Number - Name - Country - Status ).
Commercial Records Details (CR Number - CR Expiry Date).
Now user can add multiple locations in the same country for the Economic Operator. These locations can be used as Main Economic Operator and Factories while creating the product.
This section shows the Notified Bodies managing the EO profile. The EO representative can assign more notified bodies by clicking on the “Assign to a Notified Body” button as shown below:
The Economic Operator Representative can assign an Economic Operator to multiple Notified Bodies by clicking on “Assign to a Notified Body” Button and assign another Notified Body as shown below:
Economic Operator Contact Details.
Actions that a user can do for his Economic Operator as follows:
- Edit Economic Operator Details.
- Archive/Un Archive the Economic Operator.
- View all Product Linked with this Economic Operator.
- View Importers and Distributers related to this Economic Operator.
Here User can see all Authorized Users and can add new Users by clicking on “Add New Users” button and the adding form will be displayed as shown below:
To add any new Comments.
In this list the Economic Operator Representative users will see all Access request that send by another user to be as Economic Operator Representative or Notified Body representative of the Notified Body managing Economic Operators profile.

For inaccessible Record

For inaccessible Economic Operators the user will need to Send an Access Request for This Economic Operator by following this steps:

From Gulf Economic Operator Listing Page Select the EO that you need to send an Access Request as shown below:
In Economic Operator Details User will see new Section Called “Access Request” as shown below:
User can Send an Access Request for:
- Economic Operator Representative User.
- Notified Body Representative User for Notified body that Manage this Economic Operator.
After Filling all Mandatory information click on “Submit Request” to submit your request as shown below:
Now your Request has been Submitted and user can do the following actions on Pending Requests:
- Edit Request.
- Cancel Request.
- Delete Request.
