Schedule Stage Content:

In Schedule stage the TC Chair will be able to do the Following:

Edit ILC Details

TC Chair can Edit the ILC Details in Schedule Stage by Clicking on “Edit ILC Details” as shown below

Send Invitations to Participant to Participate the ILC

By Clicking on “Send Invitations” button the system well send an Invitations to all Participant in the Selected Committee and TC Chair will see Success message after Sending Invitations as shown below

Generate Scheduled Report

TC Chair Cannot Generate the Schedule Report if there is No participant is defined in the schedule.

After Participants Participate the ILC the TC Chair will Generate the Schedule Report by Clicking on “Generate Schedule Report” Button as shown below

By Clicking on “Generate Schedule Report” Button TC Chair will see a Success Message and the ILC Status will be from In Progress to Waiting For Approval as shown below

The Generated Document will display in Active Document Section in ILC Details as shown below

The TC Chair will be Able to do the Following Actions for Active Documents:

  1. Remove the Document by clicking on three dots and Select Remove as shown below

    Remove Option will be Available for Documents with Draft Status only.

  2. Archive Schedule:
    TC Chair can Archive any Activate Document in any Status if not Approved and after Approving the Document Cannot be Archived anymore.

  3. Send For Review:
    TC Chair can Send the Document for Review and all Participants will be able to review this Document in Balloting app. https://gcc-gso.atlassian.net/l/c/2qUn7jTG

  4. Send For Vote:
    TC Chair can Send the Document for Voting and all Participants will be able to cast their votes on this Document in Balloting app.

  5. Approve Schedule:
    After TC Chair Approving the Schedule Document the ILC Stage will be change and move to next Stage “Protocol” as shown below
