If the activation button is disabled for your certificates please follow the following instructions :
For those certificates you should edit the published version and fill the missing details like (scope and category ) and set the correct expiry date which should be 3 years from the first issue date.
Once the system identifies that the expiry date is far ahead from the activation end date the extend function will be available and the checkbox will be shown.
To Extend your Certificate Activation Please select your Certificate from Conformity Certificate Listing Page and Click on " Extend Activation "
After Clicking on " Extend Activation " Button there is Window will display to Select How many years you need to Extend.
After Select the Year and Click on " Create " Button You will move to Invoice Details Page to Proceed with Payment.
You have to Select invoice Payment " Online Payment " or " Direct Transfer "
For " Online Payment " : The order will confirm automatically and the status will change to paid.
For " Direct Transfer " : you have to attach a copy of bank recipient to proof your payment and you have to wait till GSO approval.
After Completing Your Payment the Invoice Status will change to " Paid " and the Certificate is Extended
You can check the Activation Section in Certificate Details page to make sure the Extend is Done
The old Activation will be Inactive and the New Extended will change to Active with new Valid Until Date
