The New G-Mark eCertificates allow you to create the product and certificate at same time in one form and certificate will be generated automatically by the system.

To Access Certificate Listing Page click on “More” Menu in Home page and click on “GCTS” as shown below

You will ask for login.

After login you will redirect to your dashboard and from “Management” Menu click on “Certificates” as shown below

To Create G-Mark LVD eCertificate from conformity certificate listing page click on “+G-Mark LV Certificate” as shown below

You should be a Notified Body Representative to see this Button.

You will redirect to the eCertificate Creation form as shown below

Certificate form Divided into 5 sections as below

1- Certification Body Section

This Section Contains:

  • Certification Body - you will find your notified bodies that you are represent.

  • Certificate Internal Reference Number - This is an optional field to your Certificate Internal Reference Number.

2- Product Details Section

This Section will Contain all your Product information as below

  • Manufacturer - To Select EO Manufacturer Profile.

  • Authorized Representative - To Select EO Authorized Representative Profile. (Optional Field)

  • Product Category - To Select your Product Category or Suggest a New Category.

  • Product Scope - To Select your Product Scope or Suggest a New Scope.

  • Product Description - The product description shall match the one on the label/plate/packaging.

  • Trademark/Brand - Enter Product Brand.

  • Product HS Code - Gulf 8 digits HS Code.

  • Models - To add your Product Models.

Wild Cards / Speaking Codes
Wild cards / speaking codes shall be avoided as much as possible due to the fact that certificates will be checked at customs and not being able to match models with the labels might cause an issue.
In case of need wild cards / speaking codes can be used and the explanation of the speaking code shall be added to the "Additional Information section". The ratings for each set of speaking codes shall be added as for normal models.
Example:
Model: GCaabbxxx - Ratings: 220V-240V, 50/60 Hz Additional information section "In the speaking models: "aa" is a number indicating the color of the handle, "bb" is a number indicating the color of the body and "xx" the total power"
Model: GDaabbxxx - Ratings: 230V, 50 Hz Additional information section: "In the speaking models: "aa" is a number indicating the color of the handle, "bb" is a number indicating the color of the body and "xx" the total power"

  • Factory - To Select EO Factory Profile.

  • Countries Considered.

  • Rated Voltage.

  • Rated Voltage 3 Phase.

  • Rated Frequency.

  • Capacity - In case of same model having different capacities (Ex:10kg Wash/5kg Dry), enter "10/5" and specify the details in the "Additional Technical Specifications" section.

Validations: Capacity is Mandatory for:

  • Clothes washing machines

  • Spin extractors

  • Tumble dryers

  • Washer-dryers

  • Storage water heaters

  • Refrigerating appliances

  • Power.

  • Dimensions - L = Length - W= Width - H= Height.

Models Cannot be overlapping for the following fields:

  • Rated Voltage 3 Phase.

  • Rated Frequency.

  • Capacity.

  • Power.

  • Dimensions.

  • Additional Technical Specifications

In this part of product details section you can add any Additional Technical Specifications by adding Specification Name and Value and select the Models.

  • Product Photos

Here you will upload the product photo by browsing and adding photos or by drag and drop.

after uploading the photos you will be able to select the Image Class and Product Model as shown below

To Display your Photos in Certificate you have to flag the Revenant option “☑️ Print in Certificate”

3- Standards Applied Section

In this section you will find all related Harmonized Standards to selected Category & Scope

and you can also add additional standards used for evaluation.

4- Documents Section

The following table showing the Documents type we have and if it’s Mandatory and show the document on Certificate

After uploading your documents you have to:

  • Select Document Type.

  • Enter Document Reference Number.

  • Enter Document Issue Date.

5- Additional Information

This is a Free Text Area to add Additional information about your products.

After filling your certificate and product details click on “Create Certificate” at the bottom of the page as shown below

You will move to the top of the page and will see a successful message of certificate creation as shown below

In case Certificate has validation error you will see error message as shown below

You can go through the Certificate Creation form to see all errors as shown below

And you can submit your form again after enter/correct your Data.
