The user can access the correspondence page by clicking on "Messages" from the Home page of the system, as shown below:

The system allows the user to view all the posts of the committees of which he is a member, as shown below
To display the topics of a specific committee, choose the name of the committee from this list.
To search by subject name or message description.
The available Messages for the user and by clicking on it the system refers the user to the messaging details screen.
To add a new Subject.

Add a new post on the same topic as shown below:
2. To see the data of the recipients and the people who viewed the subject, and it appears as shown below:
3. To view all the Messages on the subject.
