The system allows the user to save any meeting minutes, decisions or files related to meeting are stored in documents system, and classify them into folders, and accessibility for any of them can be determined (public or private for committee members).

The user can access the documents screen by pressing "Documents" from the Home Page of the system, as shown in the picture below:

Documents Listing Page

  1. To search by folder or document name or title.

  2. Only the committees available to the public appear in this list, and you can choose from them and view their folders and documents.

  3. The name of the folder / document.

  4. The number of attachments and sub-folders.

Folder/File Details Page

  1. Folder / file information, date of creation, and date of modification of the folder / document.

  2. The set of actions that the user can perform, and these actions appear only in the folders / files created by the user himself. They appear as follows:
    o Edit: the user can Edit the folder / file data (name - title - security level) only by pressing Edit and the editing screen appears as follows:

o User can delete the folder / file by pressing "Delete".

o Move: The user can move the file / folder from the main folder to a subfolder, and the Move screen appears as follows:

3. Folders and sub-files appear in this field, and you can search by name or title.

4. To create a folder / subfolder in this home folder.

5. To upload the required files.

6. The details of the review and any modifications to the folders appear in this box.
