Publishing Process

The User will see a Republish flag for the following interaction points

  • Adding new reference document.

  • Adding new source file when there is no other active source file for same language.

  • Edit Standard Details.

  • Add/Edit Standard Language.

  • Making source document active.

  • Making reference document active.

  • Add/Update Standard Decision.

By clicking on “Yes” the system will sent a republish request and user will got a success message as shown below

From Audit tab user can see the Updates for Republish Request as shown below

After Request Completed the files will be Generated and Merged as shown below

By Approving the Merged file will be Updated in Store Files.
