Cancel Certificate

If the certificate were saved as a draft. Its status will be “In Progress”.

A cancel option is available to delete this record from the database.

Open

Cancel action for In Progress certificates.

If you click Cancel the certificate status will be changed to Cancelled.

The system will show two action for deleted certificates:.

• Resubmit to return back the certificate status to In Progress.

• Delete to remove the certificate record completely from the database.

Open

Delete action for Cancelled certificates.

The system will show you a confirmation because the action is irreversible.
