You have to be an Economic Operator Representative or Notified Body Representative To be able to Archive/UN-Archive the Economic Operator

From Economic Operator Details Page you can find the “ Archive “ Button as shown below:

By clicking on Archive button you will got a success message as shown below:

The Archived icon will be added beside the Economic Operator name/number in Economic Operator Listing Page and Details Page as shown below:

UN-Archive Economic Operator

From Economic Operator Details Page you can find the “ Undo Archive “ Button as shown below:

By clicking on Undo Archive button you will got a success message as shown below:

Economic Operator Cannot be Un-Archive if there is Un-Archived Economic Operator with Same name in Same Country or have same CR Number and user will got an Error while try to unarchive as shown below

Filtering The Archived Economic Operator from Economic Operator Details Page

In Economic Operator Listing Page there is Filter for Archived Economic Operators shown as below:

The filter include the following filters:

Not Archived: This filter used to show all Economic Operators Except the Archived.
Archived: This filter used to show all Archived Economic Operators Only.
My Archived Records: This filter used to show all archived Economic Operator that user has access on it.

User will not able to Create New Product using Archived Economic Operator as Main EO or as a Factory The Alert will be shown
