Edit Economic Operator Details

Only Economic Operator Representative and Notified Body Representative can edit the Economic Operator Details.
Important Notes:
When the EO name is changed, it is not automatically changed in the certificates.
Certificates will need to be revised and connected to the revised EO with the new name to keep the change.
If the Company registration remains the same, the right approach is to edit the EO, not creating a new one. In any case, the system will maintain the history of the changes in the audit and discussion section.
When making changes to the EOs, it is mandatory to add the reasons for the change.
From Gulf Economic Operator Directory Listing Page Select the Economic Operator that you need to Edit his Details as shown below
Accessible Records only that can be Edited.
From the Economic Operator Details Page click on “ Edit Economic Operator “ as shown below
By Clicking on “ Edit Economic Operator “ the Edit form will Display as a pop up window. See below
User Can Edit the Following Details:
Primary Details.
Commercial Record Details ( CR Number & CR Expiry Date ).
Contact Details.
After Updating the Details you have to Enter the “Reason of Change“ and then click “ Save “ to Update the Economic Operator with Updated Details.
In Discussion Section you will see your changes as shown below
In This case you have to Contact Notified Body Associated with Economic Operator Profile as they can Edit the Name and Country for EO Profile.
