The Type Approval Certificates is only applicable for products that have Economic Operator Role is " Manufacture ".
Create New Certificate
To Create a Certificate for your product go to the products page from the top menu, you will see the list of products you are allowed to view.
Select your Product by clicking on Product Tracking Number to open the Product details page as shown below:
After opening the Product details scroll down till Certificates Section.
** The Certificates section will be display only for products where the Economic operator role is Manufacturing only.
Click on " Add New Certification " to create new Certification.
you will move to Certification form to fill the certification data.
In this form you have to enter all Certificate information. and the Click Save Details to save your request and to redirect into Conformity Certificate Details Page.
Conformity Certificate Details
Certificate Details Section & Certificate GCTS
In this section you will see following:
- Certificate GCTS Generated Number.
- Certification Type.
- Certificate Status will be " In progress " by default in new Certificate Creation.
- Technical Regulation Type.
- Issued By ( Notified Body )
- Issued for ( Economic operator )
- Certificate GCTS Number and QR Code.
Product Details Section & Product GCTS
In this section you will see:
- Product GCTS Number. ( when click on the GCTS number you will redirect to Product Details Page )
- Product Name. ( when click on the Product Name you will redirect to Product Details Page )
- Product Brand.
- Generated Product GCTS QR Code.
New Certificate Version Section
In this section you will see your Certificate Details and the Status will be " Waiting for NB Approval , Waiting for GSO Approval "
- Get Approval By Your Notified Body.
- Activate your Certificate Activate Certificates.
- Get GSO Approval.
Activation Section
In This Section you will see all your Activated Certificates and their Validation Dates and Invoices Numbers.
Certificate Version History
In This section you will see all your Certificate Version History.
Audit Details and Discussion
- In Audit Details Section you will show audit information.
- In Discussion Section you can add new Comments and Replay on the Commented records.
