Test Reports

User can access the test Reports list by clicking on " Test Reports " from the upper Menu as shown below


Test Report Listing Page

In this page user will see his own test reports as shown below

To create a new test report please click on the " Create New Test Report " Button in the Product Test Reports listing page as shown below

After clicking on “Create New Test Report” You will move to Test Report Creation form as shown below

You have to fill all data in the Basic Details section and then select an authorized Notified Bodies from the list and then select an Authorized Economic Operators.

After that please click on the " Save Report " button to Save your form and moving to Test Report details Page.

Test Report Details Page

  1. Test Report Basic Details with download link to download the Test Report file.

  2. In this list you will see a list of linked Economic Operator to your Test Report.

  3. In this list you will see a list of linked Notified Bodies to your Test Report.

  4. In this list you will see all Related Products that linked with your Test Report.

  5. Actions button for Edit/Delete your Test Report.
