Send Document For Voting

The TC Chair will Send the Active Document For Voting to notify participants to Voting on the Document.

To Send the Document for Voting follow the following Steps:

  • From Active Document Section in ILC Details tab Click on “Send for Voting” as shown below

  • The Form will be Display to Enter the Vote Title and Deadline date and Your Notes about the Voting

The Ballot Type can be one of the following:

  • Obligatory Voting - Which means that all Participant should cast their Votes by (Accept - Negative).

  • Non Obligatory Voting - Which means that any participants can abstain the voting by adding extra vote option called “Abstain”.

After filling the vote details click on “Create Ballot” button Create the Ballot and an Email with Ballot details link will send to Participants to cast their votes as shown below

To Add your Vote please follow the Steps below:

Only Participants can Cast their Votes

  • From “ Reviews & Voting “ Tab click on Vote Title Name to move to Ballot Details Page and cast your vote as shown below

By Clicking on Review title You will move to Ballot details page as shown below

Participants can also open the Ballot Details by clicking on the Link that sent to their Emails

Click on “Cast Your Vote” button as shown below

By clicking on Cast Your Vote a form will be displayed as shown below

  • if the Participant Voted as Affirmative he can submit the Vote with no-Comments or add Comments.

  • If the Participant Voted as Negative he should Adding his Comments before Submitting as shown below

For Non-Obligatory participant will see an Extra Voting option called “Abstain” as shown below

After Casting Your Vote you can see your Vote in Ballot Details Page as shown below

Participant can do the Following actions when the Ballot Status is In Progress

  • Edit Voting.

  • Remove Voting.

Participant Cannot Add/Edit/Remove Voting if the Deadline Reached or Voting is Accepted by TC Chair.
