Create New ILC

From Comparisons Listing Page Click on “ Create New ILC “ at the bottom of the Page as shown below

TC Chair only can creates the ILC

The Creation form fields will change Depends on the Organizer (Gulf met - Non Gulf Met).

Create ILC for Gulf met

By Clicking on “ Create New ILC “ the User will Move to Create New ILC From as shown below

1- Primary Details

In Primary Details Section user will fill the following fields:

Organizer (Gulf met)
Select Stage.
BIPM KCDB Published URL (Optional Field).
Comparison Code.

The Comparison Code will be auto Generated Based on user Selection for ( Organizer & Comparison Type & Metrology Area ), and the Custom Code field will be optional user input code of maximum 10 capital letters only.

2- Technical Details.

In Technical Details Section user will fill the following fields:

Select Comparison Type ( Hybrid Comparison - Key Comparison - Pilot Study - Supplementary Comparison ).
Select Metrology Area - This list will show only Metrology Areas based on logged in user Privilege.
Select Sub-Fields.
Time of Measurement (From Month/Year - To Month/Year).
Measurement Duration - The Days for each Participant to doing his Measurements.
Short Description.
Measurand.
Parameters.
Transfer Standard.

After filling all Comparison information Click on “Create ILC” as shown below

By clicking on “Create ILC” you will redirect to ILC Details Page as shown below

Create ILC for Non Gulf Met

By Clicking on “ Create New ILC “ form the ILC Listing Page the User will Move to Create New ILC From as shown below

1- Primary Details

In Primary Details Section user will fill the following fields:

Organizer (Select Non Gulf Met Organization)
Select Stage.
Select Comparison Status.
BIPM KCDB Published URL (Optional Field).
Comparison Code.

2- Technical Details

In Technical Details Section user will fill the following fields:

Select Comparison Type ( Hybrid Comparison - Key Comparison - Pilot Study - Supplementary Comparison ).

3- Participant Details

In Participant Details Section user will fill the following fields:

Select Institute.
Select Participating Dates.

After filling all Comparison information Click on “Create ILC” as shown below
