Renew Activation Registration for Oman

User should be a Notified Body Representative to be able to Perform the Renewal Process

User need to Contact with one of Notified bodies to grant him permissions to do the Renewal Process.

After granting your permission you can proceed with Renewal Process.

User can Renew the Registration Activation for the following cases:

Activation Expiry within three Months.
Activation Expired.

User have to upload the Declaration of Conformity before procced with Renewal Process

For procced with Renewal Process from Activation Listing Page you have to select the new Activation Created for your Registration with Pending Status and Click on “Generate DoC” button to generate your Declaration of Conformity as shown below

After Generating the file click on “Upload DoC” to upload the Generated Declaration of Conformity as shown below

After Uploading the Declaration of Conformity and Submit the Activation Status will change to “Waiting for Approval” as shown below

Now you have to Wait until getting approved by the Authorized user and after Approving your Renewal Request the Status will change to ”Approved” and the new Expiry date will be generated and a download button for downloading the Declaration of Conformity as shown below
