New/Edit Comparison
Transfer Standard is mandatory in the ILC Form.
The custom code text box in the Comparison Code in the ILC Form should be read-only by default. Provide a checkbox to override it.
Schedule
Participants will provide Preferred start and end dates and additional availability information in the text area below.
Pilot lab OR TC Chair can modify the participant dates based on the preferred dates and availability information. The end date for the participant is automatically populated based on the start date provided by TC Chair/Pilot Lab and the measurement duration. They can edit this end date if required.
Overlapping of dates will be validated when Schedule Report is generated by the Pilot Lab OR TC Chair.
Show the comparison Dates for the ILC when registering their participation.
Don't show the terms and condition for TC Chair or Pilot lab when they are editing other participant’s information
Measurement In Progress
In the Shipping Record form, the Shipped to list to be ordered based on participant date
In the Receive Record provide a check box to get confirmation from the participant that the artifact was not damaged when received.
When Pilot Lab confirms "Received All Measurements" they have to provide the "Expected Upload Date for Draft A". Send Email Notifications to Pilot Lab until Draft A uploaded.
Non-GULFMET ILC
In Non-GULFMET ILC the following changes are to be done while registering the ILC:
The Seq Number for Comparison code has to be editable if the organizing RMO is not GULFMET.
"Approved" stage we should not show the "Select Status"
"Approved" Stage the BIPM URL is mandatory and Final Report upload is mandatory
