Upload stamped and signed certificates

When Certificates are studied and approved by GSO CAD, a notification will be sent from the system to the manufacturer, this notification states the result of the study, The approved certificates would be signed and stamped electronically and security code is added to the certificate that could be read using any 2-D bar-code reader.

The manufacture then will download the certificate and sign them and send them back to GSO as follows:
