Delete VIN

Delete Unconfirmed VIN’s

Manufacturer can Permanent Delete the Unconfirmed VIN’s by Select the VIN from VIN Listing Page and click on “Delete Permanently” button from Delete dropdown menu as shown below :

After Confirming VIN Deletion user will got a Success Message for Deleting.

Delete Confirmed VIN’s

When the Manufacturer need to Delete any Confirmed VIN he should send a delete Request for GSO Officer by Selecting the Confirmed VIN and click on “Mark for Delete” from Delete Dropdown menu as shown below

After Confirming Mark for Delete user will see a success message and Delete icon will be displayed beside the Confirm Icon as shown below

Now the GSO will review the request and approve or reject it.

Manufacturer can Undo Mark for Deletion Request by Selecting the Marked VIN and click on “Undo Mark for Delete” from Delete Dropdown Menu as shown below

After Confirming the Undo option user will got a success message and the delete icon will be removed as shown below

Now the VIN will not be Deleted.
