Measurement Stage

Measurement Stage:
In this Stage The Pilot Lab will start ship the artifact to the first participant and record the first “Shipping Record”
Register Shipping Record
From ILC Details Tab Click on “Ship Artifact” as shown below
After Clicking on “Ship Artifact” the shipping Form will display as shown below
After the Pilot Lab Filling all Mandatory fields will click on “Register” button and the Shipping record will be Saved and available in Artifact Tracking Section in ILC Details tab as showing below
if the artifact was delayed from the planned date System will calculate the new deadline to complete your measurements and ship the artifact.
Register Receive Record
The shipped to institute should fill a “Receive Record” when artifact is arrived
From The Sipping Record the The Receiver Institute will Click on “Receive Artifact” as shown below
By Clicking on “Receive Artifact” button the Receive form will be displayed as shown below
The Receiver Institute will fill all Mandatory Data and click on “Register” The Record will be Saved and will be available at Artifact Tracking Section in ILC Details tab as shown below
When the Receiver ship the Artifact to the Next participant the shipping form will have extra filed to enter “Measurement Result Upload Date” as shown below
The “Measurement Result Upload Date” will be Mandatory filed if the Shipped user flagged this option “Shipping after Completing the Measurements”
Uploading The Measurement Result
In This Step The Participant will do his measurement and upload the measurement results from ILC Details tab as shown below Tab
The Measurement Result will be viewable only to the pilot lab.
After Participant Uploading the Measurement Document the Document will be shown and Available in “Measurements Document” Section in ILC Details Tab as shown below
After all Participant uploading their Measurements the Pilot lab will Confirm that he Received all Measurements from Participants by Clicking on “Received all Measurements” button from ILC Details Tab as shown below
When clicking on “Received all Measurements” the pop up screen will display to Pilot Lab to Provide the Expected Upload Date Of Draft A shown below
By Clicking on “Received all Measurements” the ILC Stage will Change to Draft A Stage as shown below
