The Management Certificate Listing Page is Allowing user to do the Following actions on Certificates:

• Activate Certificates - Activate Certificates

• Extend Activation - Extend Activation of Certificates

• Export Certificates as Excel.

User can Searching for Certificates by using the following Filters:

1.This filed is allowing user to search by the following search criteria:

• Certificate GCTS.

• Product GCTS.

• Notified Body Number.

• Certificate Number.

• Brand Name.

• Economic Operator Number.

• Economic Operator Name.

• Factory Name.

2. This Filed is allowing user to filter by:

• Expiry Date.

• Valid Until.

• Minimum Validity.

• New Filter Add in Months Called “ Passed “ this allow user to show expired certificates or expired activation or pass min validity.

3. This Filed is allowing user to filter by:

• Renewal Certificates.

• Renewed Certificates.

4. Filter by Approval Stage for NB and GSO.

5. Filter by Certificate Status:

• In-progress.

• Cancelled.

• Published.

• Suspended.

• Withdrawn.

• Terminated.

6. Filter by Technical Regulations:

• Toys.

• LVD.

7. Filter by Categories.
