Upload VIN's by Recall Delegated User

Now the Recall Delegated User is able to:

  • Add New VIN’s, There is Three ways to add your VIN (Online Form, Excel, XML).

  • Active New VIN’s.

  • Delete Permanently UN-Activated VIN’s.

  • Mark VIN’s to Delete by GSO Officer.

  • Undo Mark for VIN’s Deletion.

  • Export VIN’s to Excel.

 

You Can Access the VIN Listing Page from Your Recall User Dashboard as shown below:

By Clicking on “ VIN “ button the System will redirect to VIN’s Listing Page:

Add New VIN

From VIN Listing Page Click on “ Add New VIN “

You will redirect to the Adding form shown as below:

In this form you will be able to:

  • Select the Mode of Adding VIN – (Form, Excel, XML).

  • Select the CCR Number.

  • Enter the VIN.

  • Select Target Country.

 

Adding VIN Using Form:

 You will get this data from the online CCR form that you are created before. 

Click Save after filling all Mandatory data, you will get a success message

 Now you will See that your VIN is adding in VIN listing page as below:

The New VIN’s will be in “ Inactive “ Status by Default and the Recall Delegated User can Mark the VIN For Activate or Permanently Delete.

 

Adding VIN Using XML/Excel:

 When Select the Adding mode is XML/Excel the form will be as below:

If you don't have as Excel/XML files you can download the template from the Adding form by clicking on " Download Sample Excel sheet " OR " Download sample XML " in case, you select adding by XML.

 

After Updating your downloaded files by adding (CCR, VIN, Target Country), You can upload the file in the system by clicking on " Choose File " button and then click on Upload.

 

You will be able to see your VIN in VIN listing page as Mentioned before.

Activate VIN’s

To Activate the New VIN’s you have to Mark the New VIN and Click on “ Activate “ Button as shown below:

After Activate the VIN the Confirmation Status will Change to “ Confirmed “ as shown below:

 

Delete VIN’s

To Delete a VIN There is two ways:

  • If the VIN is Unconfirmed ( ) You can Delete it Permanently. You can check the VIN Status in Confirmation Column.

 

  • If the VIN is Activated ( ) you Can Mark the VIN For Delete and the Request will send to GSO Officer to Confirm The Delete.

When user mark the VIN for Delete he will see a Deletion Icon added in Confirmation Column as shown below:

In Case you need to Undo the Mark for Delete for the VIN you have to Select the Marked VIN and Click on “ Undo Mark For Delete “ to Cancel the Deletion Request.

Now the Deletion Icon will be Removed From Confirmation Column as shown below:

 

Export To Excel

Export to excel function is available only if the number of results in the current search are <= 1000

To Export the VIN’s to Excel sheet, From VIN Listing Page Click on “ Export to Excel “ Button

By Clicking on “ Export to Excel “ the Excel sheet will start Download all VIN’s Data List.
